Post Specification
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist students in all aspects of the job search including resume writing, interviewing techniques and job referrals, help students identify employment options that match their career interests.
2. Responsible for the planning and execution of career activities such as Job Fairs, Company visits, Guest Sharing etc.
3. Develop and maintain relationship with employers and career mentors, contact business and industry to develop reciprocally beneficial partnerships for jobs, internships and job shadowing opportunities.
4. Responsible for the production of career activities, services tweets and other materials for promotion.
5. Responsible for the daily handling of public mailboxes, assist in the process of students' materials for employment, collection of graduates’ placement data.
6. Assist with the creation of alumni associations for each program, develop and facilitate a schedule for regular alumni meetings and events.
7. Assist in coordinating other school-level event activities and complete related tasks assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above; a degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
2. Over 3 years’ experience in a university career services center, a headhunting firm, corporate campus recruitment, or HR in the public sector is preferred.
3. Knowledge of job application process, interview procedures, resume writing and well informed of labor market trends, employer needs and best practices in career services.
4. Be mature, energetic and proactive; be able to independently manage and deliver multiple tasks.
5. Excellent writing, presentation, networking and communication skills.
6. Be meticulous, organized, result-oriented, be able to work with strong sense of ownership and creative thinking.
7. Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
Salary and Benefits
Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

3. 開(kāi)發(fā)并維護(hù)與用人單位及職業(yè)導(dǎo)師的關(guān)系,聯(lián)絡(luò)企業(yè)及行業(yè)機(jī)構(gòu),建立互利共贏(yíng)的合作關(guān)系,拓展就業(yè)、實(shí)習(xí)及見(jiàn)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)。
4. 負(fù)責(zé)職業(yè)發(fā)展活動(dòng)、服務(wù)推文及相關(guān)宣傳材料的制作。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)公共郵箱的日常處理,協(xié)助辦理學(xué)生就業(yè)相關(guān)材料手續(xù),收集整理畢業(yè)生去向數(shù)據(jù)。
6. 協(xié)助各項(xiàng)目建立校友會(huì),制定并推進(jìn)校友定期會(huì)議與活動(dòng)的日程安排。
7. 協(xié)助處理學(xué)院的其他活動(dòng)事務(wù),完成上級(jí)指派的相關(guān)工作。
崗位要求:
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,專(zhuān)業(yè)為教育、心理學(xué)、人力資源或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域者優(yōu)先。
2. 具有3年以上高校就業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心、獵頭公司、企業(yè)校園招聘或公共部門(mén)HR工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先。
3. 熟悉求職申請(qǐng)流程、面試環(huán)節(jié)、簡(jiǎn)歷撰寫(xiě),對(duì)勞動(dòng)力市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)、用人單位需求及職業(yè)服務(wù)最佳實(shí)踐有充分了解。
4. 成熟穩(wěn)重,積極進(jìn)取,具備主動(dòng)精神;能夠獨(dú)立管理并高效完成多項(xiàng)任務(wù)。
5. 具備優(yōu)秀的寫(xiě)作、演示、人際交往與溝通能力。
6. 工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致,條理清晰,結(jié)果導(dǎo)向,具備高度的責(zé)任心和創(chuàng)新思維。
7. 流利的中英文雙語(yǔ)能力。
