Post Specification 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operation and management of the Animal Center, including laboratory platform operation and team building.

2. Liaise with internal or external units to support teaching and research needs, providing high-quality experimental animals and international-standard animal experiment services.

3. Coordinate the procurement of center equipment and experimental resources.

4. Lead the center's expansion project to further upgrade facilities and enhance technical capabilities.

5. Undertake other tasks assigned by the School of Medicine.

Job Requirements:

1. Doctoral degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Medicine, or related fields.

2. At least 10 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in laboratory animal management and facility management. Experience in leading a laboratory animal center is preferred.

3. Excellent project management skills, cross-departmental communication and coordination abilities, and demonstrated team leadership.

4. High sense of responsibility, good team spirit, strong innovation awareness, and resource development capability, with strong identification with the campus culture of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (Shenzhen).

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ, and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

1. 統(tǒng)籌中心日常運(yùn)營(yíng)管理工作，包括實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái)運(yùn)作及團(tuán)隊(duì)管理。

2. 對(duì)接校內(nèi)外教學(xué)科研需求，提供優(yōu)質(zhì)實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物和符合國(guó)際水平的動(dòng)物實(shí)驗(yàn)服務(wù)。

3. 協(xié)調(diào)中心設(shè)備及實(shí)驗(yàn)資源的采購(gòu)工作。

4. 負(fù)責(zé)中心擴(kuò)建工作，進(jìn)一步提升中心設(shè)備升級(jí)及技術(shù)能力提升。

5. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他工作。

崗位要求：

1. 動(dòng)物科學(xué)、獸醫(yī)學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)，博士學(xué)歷。

2. 10年以上相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物及動(dòng)物設(shè)施管理，有實(shí)驗(yàn)動(dòng)物中心管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。

3. 具備優(yōu)秀的項(xiàng)目管理能力、跨部門(mén)溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力及出色的團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。

4. 具有高度的責(zé)任心、良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神、較強(qiáng)的服務(wù)創(chuàng)新意識(shí)和資源拓展能力，對(duì)香港中文大學(xué)（深圳）校園文化有高度認(rèn)同感。
