Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Policy Implementation: Comprehensively implement and enforce the University’s human resources policies, procedures, and workflows.

2. Academic Staff Lifecycle Management: Oversee daily HR operations for academic staff (including Professors and Lecturers), managing the full lifecycle: appointment and recruitment, performance reviews, tenure review, compensation adjustments, and budget management.

3. Compliance & Operations: Manage employment contracts, handle onboarding and offboarding procedures, and maintain personnel files and data. Ensure all operations strictly comply with the Labor Law, Labor Contract Law, and local regulatory requirements.

4. Data Reporting & Support: Regularly update and analyze personnel data to provide accurate reporting and data support to internal and external departments.

5. Additional Duties: Efficiently complete other tasks assigned by senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resources, Public Administration, or a related field is preferred.

2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management. Prior experience in academic recruitment within higher education institutions is highly desirable.

3. Language Skills: Excellent bilingual communication skills in Chinese and English (both written and oral), with the ability to handle official correspondence in English and manage cross-border communications.

4. Legal & Industry Knowledge: Proficient in the Labor Law, Labor Contract Law, and local HR regulations. Familiarity with university personnel systems and academic evaluation frameworks is a distinct advantage.

5. Technical Skills: Proficient in Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong data sensitivity and logical thinking abilities are required.

6. Competencies: Meticulous and detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality. Must possess excellent multi-tasking abilities and a strong service orientation.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

4. 定期進(jìn)行人事數(shù)據(jù)的反饋與更新,為各部門(mén)(內(nèi)外部)提供準(zhǔn)確的數(shù)據(jù)支持。

5. 高效完成上級(jí)安排的其它工作任務(wù)。

崗位要求:

1. 全日制本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源管理、行政管理或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。

2. 2 年及以上的人力資源管理工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),擁有高等院校學(xué)術(shù)招聘工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。

3. 具備卓越的中英文溝通能力(書(shū)面及口頭),能熟練處理全英文公文及跨國(guó)溝通。

4. 熟悉勞動(dòng)法、勞動(dòng)合同法及本地人力資源相關(guān)規(guī)章制度,熟悉高校人事制度及學(xué)術(shù)評(píng)價(jià)體系者更佳。

5. 熟練掌握人力資源管理系統(tǒng)(HRMS)及Office辦公軟件,具備優(yōu)秀的數(shù)據(jù)敏感度與邏輯思維能力。

6. 工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)細(xì)致,具備極強(qiáng)的保密意識(shí)、多任務(wù)處理能力及服務(wù)精神。
