Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Support full-process management of academic and teaching affairs, and maintain close daily coordination with university functional departments including the Registry Office, Graduate School, CLEAR and other relevant departments;
  2. Oversee the development of the school's joint training programs and the advancement of inter-institutional cooperation initiatives;
  3. Lead the organization of education-related report drafting, data sorting, analysis, aggregation and archiving;
  4. Provide operational support for relevant school-level committees;
  5. Complete other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the leadership.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Master’s degree or above, preferably with at least 6 years relevant working experience.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

4. Strong sense of responsibility and initiative.

5. Proactive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

  1. 支持教務(wù)教學(xué)全流程相關(guān)管理事務(wù),與大學(xué)教務(wù)處、研究生院、學(xué)能提升中心等校內(nèi)職能部門(mén)保持日常密切對(duì)接;
  2. 統(tǒng)籌負(fù)責(zé)學(xué)院聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)項(xiàng)目開(kāi)發(fā)與院校合作事務(wù)推進(jìn);
  3. 組織教育相關(guān)工作報(bào)告撰寫(xiě)、業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)整理分析與匯總歸檔;
  4. 負(fù)責(zé)院內(nèi)相關(guān)委員會(huì)的運(yùn)行支持工作;
  5. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作任務(wù)。

崗位要求:

  1. 碩士或以上學(xué)歷,具有六年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
  2. 具備優(yōu)秀的溝通能力及人際交往技巧;
  3. 中英文書(shū)寫(xiě)及口語(yǔ)流利,熟練掌握微軟辦公軟件(Word, Excel, PowerPoint 等);
  4. 責(zé)任心強(qiáng),工作積極主動(dòng);
  5. 處事積極,既能獨(dú)立工作,又具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神。
