Post Specification

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Assets, equipment and space management: Liaise with relevant university departments to take charge of the full lifecycle management of fixed assets and office equipment; manage office space planning and coordinate with logistics service providers; be responsible for material procurement and inventory management.

2. Infrastructure projects and administrative services: Liaise with relevant university departments to follow up on project application, approval, supervision and acceptance; handle daily administrative affairs including meeting support, reception, business travel, and document circulation; assist in maintaining the external relations database and reception logistics.

3. Finance and personnel execution support: Liaise with relevant university departments to complete preliminary sorting of reimbursement documents and track payments; assist in handling specific affairs such as new employee onboarding, office supplies distribution, employee benefits and training.

4. Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.

*Note: Work outside of office hours may be required. Work Location: Xili Campus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majors in public administration, engineering management, public administration, public policy and other related fields are preferred.

2. At least 1 year of relevant working experience in administration, asset management or project support; familiarity with procurement and asset management systems is preferred.

3. Excellent execution ability, detail control ability and hands-on ability, with a proactive attitude.

4. Good communication skills and service awareness.

Salary and Benefits

Salary will be competitive, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Appointments will be made under the establishment of CUHK-SZ and statutory benefits will be provided according to the prevailing labor laws applicable in the PRC. The appointee will be based at the University campus in Shenzhen, PRC.

工作職責(zé):

1. 資產(chǎn)、設(shè)備與空間管理,對(duì)接大學(xué)相關(guān)部門(mén),負(fù)責(zé)固定資產(chǎn)、辦公設(shè)備的全周期管理;管理辦公空間規(guī)劃及后勤服務(wù)商協(xié)調(diào);負(fù)責(zé)物資采購(gòu)與庫(kù)存管理。

2. 基建項(xiàng)目與行政服務(wù),對(duì)接大學(xué)相關(guān)部門(mén),跟進(jìn)工程項(xiàng)目報(bào)批、監(jiān)督及驗(yàn)收;處理會(huì)議支持、接待、差旅、文件流轉(zhuǎn)等日常行政事務(wù);協(xié)助維護(hù)外部關(guān)系信息庫(kù)及接待后勤。

3. 財(cái)務(wù)與人事執(zhí)行支持,對(duì)接大學(xué)相關(guān)部門(mén),處理報(bào)銷(xiāo)單據(jù)初步整理、支付跟蹤;協(xié)助辦理新員工入職、辦公用品發(fā)放、員工福利和培訓(xùn)等具體事務(wù)。

4. 完成上級(jí)交辦的其他任務(wù)。

*可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)非辦公時(shí)間工作的情況。辦公地點(diǎn)為西麗大學(xué)城校區(qū)。

崗位要求:

1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷,行政管理、工程管理、公共管理、公共政策等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先,有海外學(xué)習(xí)經(jīng)歷者優(yōu)先。

2. 至少1年以上行政、資產(chǎn)或項(xiàng)目支持相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉采購(gòu)、資產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先。

3. 出色的執(zhí)行能力、細(xì)節(jié)把控能力和動(dòng)手能力,積極主動(dòng)。

4. 良好的溝通能力和服務(wù)意識(shí)。
